预成低位中空赝复体的制作

摘　　要：上颌骨因肿瘤切除后，常会造成牙列缺损和部分上颌骨缺损，严重影响患者的语言、吞咽、咀嚼等生理功能．术后采用低位中空阻塞器的预成赝复体可以保护创面及防止感染，减少软组织的挛缩，恢复吞咽功能，防止发音改变，及时恢复面部外形和对患者心理起安慰作用．低位中空阻塞器体积小易于就位，不会因张口受限而无法就位，其重量轻，对基牙的扭力小，阻塞器位置低避免了擦伤手术创面使创面难以愈合．The partial cutting of maxilla due to the maxillary neoplasm would result in the defects of the dentition and lack of the partial maxilla, which seriously affected the function of speech,swallow and mastication. The application of the presurgical prosthesis with a low hollow obturator could postoperatively protect the wound,restore the function of swallow,keep articulation from being worse and immediately rehabilitate theappearance. It also could prevent psychological demoralizing exprience for the patient and tissue contracture during the healing process. The prosthesis with a low hollow obturator is small in volume so that it is easy to put in and take out. The obturator is light in weight so that the stress on the residual teeth is light, which is induced by the gravity. The obturator is located lower so that avoids scratching the wound surface,whichmakes it difficult heal.
