摘　　要：为了转变农村教师观念,提升农村教师专业水平,加快农村青年教师成长速度,北京教育学院体育艺术学院在广泛调研基础上启动了“绿色耕耘——京郊音体美骨干教师培训与发展行动计划”。“精专业、懂教学、通技能”的总体培训目标,“理论学习—交流研讨—考察诊断—考核评价—总结提高”的培训模式,模块化的课程体系与高质量的专家讲座,人性化的组织管理与高质量的培训过程,保证了培训工作的顺利开展。In order to change the concept of teacher in subsurb and advance the level of speciality and quicken the pace of shape for youth teachers, Beijing institute of education startup the project about teachers＂ training and development. We explore and study the training for the GYM and art of primary and secondary schools in suburb areas of Beijing. It is related with the object and the pattern of training, the system of curriculum and the lectures of expert, the manage of organizing and the process of training.
