摘 要:高校后勤社会化改革已经经历了20个春秋,虽然取得了较大的进展,但高校后勤制约高等教育改革与发展的瓶颈依然存在,高校后勤生存与发展的空间也越来越窄。社会化是解决这一矛盾的方向。在国有企业改革中通过建立现代企业制度,可将这一矛盾化解。而高校后勤社会化实质就是企业化,因此,类似的问题是可以借鉴同样的方法——建立现代企业制度找到出路的。It has been over 20 years since the reform of the University logistics started. Although it has made enormous progress, such a bottleneck still exists, that Logistics restricts the reform and development of Higher Education. The space is decreasing for University Logistics to exist and develop. Yet socialization is a way to solve the problem. However, specific measures have been bothering scholars and reformers for years. It has been proved that similar problem in the SOE (State-owned enterprises) reforms could be solved through establishing a modern enterprise system. The socialization of University Logistics is to manage it with an enterprise system in nature. Similar problems could therefore be solved by taking the same measures, i.e. establishing a modem enterprise system as helpful reference.
