摘　　要：高等院校作为生产、传播和贮存知识与信息的重要机构,大量电子文件的产生,必然带来一系列电子档案建设与管理的问题。要充分认识电子档案建设与管理的重要性,提高档案工作者专业知识水平,是我们当前乃至今后一个时期需要特别关注的问题。The institutions of higher learning is the important organization for production, dissemination and storage of knowledge and information. The massive electronic documents in universities will bring a series of problems about the construction and management of electronic file. To fully know the importance of the construction and management of electronic file and to improve the professional knowledge level of the file worker call for our special attention （are our special concerns） at present and even in the future.
