摘  要:采用溶胶-水热法合成了十二烷基苯磺酸钠(DBS)包覆的TiO_2纳米粒子,分析了溶胶的pH值和DBS用量对包覆效果的影响,并利用IR和TG-DTA对样品进行了表征.结果表明,进釜前溶胶的pH值在4.5~5.5,DBS用量为TiO_2质量的1.0%~3.0%时,能够得到包覆理想的粒子,并且能够实现相转移.此外,还探讨了DBS的包覆机制,并初步证实了DBS与TiO_2是以类磺酸酯键形式联接的.The TiO2 nanoparticles capped with sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate (DBS) have been synthesized by a sol-hydrothermal method. The effects of sol pH value and adding DBS amount before the hydrothermal process on capping effect were principally investigated, and the gained particles were also characterized by IR and TG- DTA. The results show that the TiO2 nanoparticle capped with DBS could be obtained when the pH value and adding DBS amount is in the range of 4. 5 - 5.5 and 1.0 % -3.0 % ( of TiO2 weight) in advanced of hydrothermal process, respectively. Moreover, the phase transfer of capped TiO2 nanoparticles can be well realized. In addition, the DBS capping mechanism is also discussed, and that the link between TiO2 and DBS is primarily demonstrated by means of quasi-sulphonate-ester bond.
