摘 要:运用生态足迹时序账户对江苏省1989—2003年可持续发展状况进行定量测度,结果表明快速的工业化加剧了生态足迹的高速增长:近15年来江苏省年均生态足迹为1.615 hm2/cap,生态承载力为0.540hm2/cap,年均生态赤字为1.075hm2/cap。生态足迹日益增大的同时生态承载力却以微弱的幅度逐年下降,江苏省社会经济发展的生态环境压力日趋增大。This paper presents methodological advances for calculating ecological footprints in time series, and applies it to Jiangsu Province for the time period from 1989 to 2003. The results show that with the rapid industrialization in Jiangsu, its ecological footprints increased sharply. While its Ecological capacity keeps approximate at O. 540hm2/cap in recent 15 years, ecological footprint has reached 1. 615hm2/cap on average, the annual ecological deficit is 1. 075 hm2/cap. The increasing ratio of ecological footprint is among the highest, and arrived at the climax of 2. 074hm2/cap. At the same time, the ecological capacity begins to reduce slightly, the contradiction between socio-economy development and eco-environmental protection becomes wider and wider.
