摘  要:针对油田抽油机井防偏磨配套技术应用中出现的扶正器窜位及磨损的问题,进行了防止抽油杆扶正器窜位的技术改进与推广应用。分析了扶正器应用特点及磨损原因,研制了限位抽油杆、金属限位箍和抽油杆自旋转3项改进技术。经835口抽油机井现场应用试验证明,有效防止了扶正器的窜位。Aimed at the problem that appears channeling of centralizer and wear during applying the assorted technology of preventing the wear of rod string, the oilfield carried on changing the technology of preventing channeling of centralizer and promoting application. This paper analyzed the application feature of the centralizer and the reason of wear, and had trinomial improvements technologies, including the margin rod string, the metal margin band and the rod string autogiration, are developed. By doing the field application experiment in 835 # rod string, we know it is proved that the centralizer channeling prevented is effectively.
