摘　　要：在价值链概念发展的基础上,对价值链管理内容的不断丰富与发展、价值链管理的新模式和价值链会计进行了系统的综述,并展望了未来可能的研究重点和发展趋势。Based on the development of the concept of value chain, this paper summarizes the development of the extension of value chain management, the new mode of value chain management and value chain accounting. It also prospects the emphasis and the development direction of the future research.
