同悦治疗椎基底动脉供血不足血液流变学及TCD影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:利用血液流变学、TCD变化观察同悦对椎基底动脉供血不足的疗效。方法:60例采用同悦注射液,治疗前及治疗10d后观察血液流变学、脑血流速度的变化。结果:治疗后血液流变有一定改善,治疗前TCD异常率为86.67%,治疗后为26.67%,治疗前后比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:同悦注射液能扩张血管,增加脑血流量,改善椎基底动脉供血不足,为临床治疗该病的有效药物。Objective To investigate the Effects of Tong yue Injection on He morrhcolnglcal Characteristics and TCD in Patients with Vertibrobasilar insufficiency . Methods Analyze the date of 60 patients with Vertibrobasilar insufficiency examined by He morrhcological and Transcranial Doppler ,In before and after 10 days treatment, aboved intenns were checked up. Results Tongyue injection obviously reduced whole flow condition changed in VBI patients . In before treatment ,masculine rate in TCD was 86.67% 70% and 16.66% respectively. After treatment ,masculine rate in TCD was 26.67%. Conclusions Tong yue Injection has obvious effect on improving abnormal He morrhcological Characteristics and TCD in Patients with Verfibrobasilar insufficiency.
