摘　　要：目的探讨内皮细胞特异性分子-1(ESM-1)和E-钙黏着蛋白(E-cad)在涎腺腺样囊性癌中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测52例涎腺腺样囊性癌及11例癌旁“正常”涎腺组织中ESM-1和E-cad的表达。结果涎腺腺样囊性癌的ESM-1高表达率显著高于癌旁“正常”涎腺组织(P<0.01),与患者性别、肿瘤组织学类型、有无淋巴结转移及侵犯神经无相关性(P>0.05)。E-cad在涎腺腺样囊性癌中呈低表达,E-cad低表达与涎腺腺样囊性癌组织类型、有无淋巴结转移、侵犯神经显著相关(P<0.05)。癌组织中ESM-1和E-cad表达间无相关性。结论ESM-1和E-cad均与涎腺腺样囊性癌的发生有相关性。E-cad的表达可作为临床判断涎腺腺样囊性癌恶性程度、评估预后的潜在指标。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of endothelial cell specific molecule-1 （ESM- 1 ） and E-cadherin in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma. Methods The expression of ESM-1 and E-cad was detected by immunohistochemistry method in 52 cases of salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma and in 11 ＂normal＂ salivary gland tissues adjacent to neoplastic lesions. Results The high expression rate of ESM-1 in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma was significantly higher than that in the ＂normal＂ salivary gland tissues （P 〈0. 01 ）, but the expression of ESM-1 was not correlated to sex, the histological types, lymph node metastasis and nerve fiber encroachment. E-cad expression was absent or low in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma. Absent or low E-cad expression were significantly related to the histological types, lymph node metastasis and nerve fiber encroachment. No correlation was submitted between the expression of ESM-1 and E-cad. Conclusion Expression of ESM-1 and E-cad can be related to occurrence of salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma. The expression of E-cad can be regarded as valuable indicators for evaluating malignant degree and prognosis of salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma.
