基于企业集群的钢铁企业物流中心构建研究

摘　　要：在系统分析钢铁市场及钢铁企业特点的基础上,提出了钢铁企业及其上下游中、小企业应建立以钢铁大企业为核心,众多小企业为其配套外包式企业的卫星平台型企业集群模式。结合企业集群及基于企业集群下物流中心的分类,研究了钢铁企业的物流中心选择问题,并对基于企业集群下物流中心构建过程中需要注意的相关问题进行了分析。The competition situation of the iron ＆ steel market and enterprise is analyzed. Proposing the iron ＆ steel enterprise and upstream and downstream small and medium -sized enterprise should establish take the steel ＆ iron enterprise as a core, multitudinous small business for its necessary outside package of logistics centre based on clusters of vertical enterprise. Link up with clusters of enterprise and the classification of logistics centre about iron＆steel enterprise based on clusters of enterprise. Research on the selection of the logistics centre about the iron ＆ steel enterprise. And research on the problems related to build the logistics centre about iron ＆ steel enterprise based on clusters of enterprise.
