论高校继续教育在促进就业方面的积极作用

摘　　要：目前,我国高等学校继续教育的发展一直处在不断探索阶段,还没有形成规模,办学方向、发展趋势还不十分明确;从长远发展看继续教育主要应放在在职在岗高层次培训以及择业、创业的教育培训上;尤其是在当前经济社会发展过程中,就业难题日益突出,结构性失业已经构成失业问题的主要部分。因此,高等学校发展继续教育应该明确办学方向,发挥资源优势,为劳动者成功就业、择业、创业提供高水平的教育服务,在促进就业上发挥应有的作用。Now, the development of continuing education in colleges and universities in our country is still at exploring stage, which is not on a large scale and the direction, development trend are not very clear. From the long term development, continuing education mainly should put emphasis on in-service high-level training as well as employment and enterprise training. Especially in the present socio-economic development, the difficult problem of employment is becoming outstanding day by day, the structural unemployment has already formed the main part of the problem of unemployment. So, to develop the higher education we should make clear the direction of running school, give play to the resource advantage, offer high-level teaching service for the laborers＇ obtaining employment, choosing a job , starting an undertaking.
