摘　　要：为使眼科护理工作能够与诊疗技术水平同步提高,充分发挥护理人员的专业技术水平和能力,提高护理质量,对护士进行了专科培训,病房护士轮转眼科门诊和手术室,学习相关的护理操作和观摩手术,收到了较好的效果。通过培训,提高了护士的专业知识水平及技能,护理质量和病人满意率提高,使人力资源能够合理调配。In order to catch up with the development of medical technology,update nurses＇ specialty techniques and competence,and further improve the quality of nursing,we provided specialty training for nurses in the ophthalmology ward through the means of further study in outpatient department and operation room,learning related nursing techniques and observing operations. This practice improved the nurses＇ specialty knowledge and skills,which led to the increase of satisfaction rate among patients,the improvement of quality of nursing,and the better management of human resources.
