摘  要:采用吡哆醇与棕榈酸为原料,水溶剂法合成吡哆醇二棕榈酸酯。通过正交实验得到适宜的反应条件为:棕榈酰氯与吡哆醇的质量比为2∶1,反应温度16℃,反应时间20 h,以吡哆醇计产率58.4%,纯度88.9%。This paper tested the process to prepare pyridoxine dipalmitate from pyridoxine and palmitie acid. Water was used as solvent. The process was optimized by orthogonal experiment and a better synthetic condition was obtained. The results showed that quality ratio of aeyl chlorination of palmitie acid to pyridoxine was 2: 1, temperature was 16℃, reaction time was 20 h. The yield was 58.4% and purity was 88.9%.
