血清sCD44v6与IL-18水平变化与胃癌浸润转移的相关研究

摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌患者血清中sCD44v6I、L-18水平变化与胃癌浸润转移的关系。方法应用ELISA法检测53例胃癌患者血清sCD44v6I、L-18水平,同时对42例健康者和29例胃溃疡患者血清作此项检测,以对照观察。结果胃癌组(n=53)血清sCD44v6I、L-18水平分别为(565.69±165.89)ng/ml、(550.48±239.86)pg/ml明显高于正常对照组(n=42)及胃溃疡组(n=29),且血清sCD44v6I、L-18水平随胃癌TNM分期的升高、转移程度而增加(P<0.05)。结论血清sCD44v6I、L-18水平与胃癌的侵袭性和转移程度有关,在利用其对肿瘤转移进行早期诊断、预测,并通过免疫生物学手段干预肿瘤转移方面有重要价值。Objective To investigate the eorrelatien between invasion and metastasis in patients with gastric carcinoma and the serum levels of sCD44v6 and IL-18. Methods The serum levels of sCD44v6 and IL-18 were measured by ELISA in 53 patients with gastric cancer,42 healthy subjects and 29 patients with gastric ulcer.Results The sertan levels of sCD44v6 and ILl8 in 53 patients with gastric cancer [ （565.69±165.89） ng/ml, （550.48±239.86）pg/ml] were significant higher than those in 42 healthy subjects and in 29 patients with gastric ulcer （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The sertan levels of sCD44v6 and ID 18 were increased with TNM stage and metastatic status （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The serum levels of sCD44v6 and IL-18 are associated with invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma. They may be used as diagnostic and predictable indicator of distant metastasis and immunobiological method for interference metastasis of carcinoma.
