摘　　要：目的探讨联合脏器切除在原发性腹膜后肿瘤治疗中的作用。方法回顾性总结1984年1月～2004年11月间32例联合脏器切除原发及64例单纯切除腹膜后肿瘤的经验。结果96例均有随访,联合脏器切除组随访时间1～311个月。生存期>12个月者29例,生存期>36个月者20例,>60个月者18例。随访过程中5例复发,其中4例再切除。平均生存期(88.2±14.1)个月。单纯切除组平均生存期(102.2±16.2)个月。结论对累及邻近器官的原发性腹膜后肿瘤行联合脏器切除和器官重建,可提高切除率,延长生存时间。[Objective] To study the function of concomitant resection of involved adjacent organs in the treatment of primary retroperitoneal tumor （PRPT）. [Methods] Clinical data were analyzed on 32 cases with primary retroperitoneal tumors underwent concomitant resection of involved adjacent organs, and 64 patients along with resection in our hospital from January 1984 to November 2004. [Results] 96 patients were followed up by us, all cases had survived more than one day to 311 months. 29 cases of 32 patients combined resection had survived more than 12 months, 20 cases more than 36 months, and 18 cases more than 60 months. The median survival time was （88.2±14.1） months. The median survival time of 64 patients underwent local resection was （102.2±16.2） months. [ Conclusion ] Combined resection of primary retroperitoneal neoplasm is effective and practical.
