摘  要:铁电发射是一种新型强流受激电子发射,本文综述了铁电弱发射和强发射的研究现状及其发射机理,重点分析了不同的铁电体相结构、电压脉冲激励波形、铁电发射结构以及萃取电压的波形等对铁电阴极电子发射特性和工作机理的影响,总结了目前铁电阴极等离子体辅助电子发射机理和模型,最后介绍了铁电阴极的应用前景。Electron emission from ferroelectrics is a new type of strongly stimulated electron emission. Current situation of R@D in this respect is discussed, as well as the mechanism of both strong and weak electron emission from ferroelectric cathodes. Puts stress on the analysis of the effects of various experimental conditions on the characteristics and mechanism of strong electron emission from ferroelectric cathodes, such as the polarity of ferroelectric ceramics, shape of driving pulse, setup of the electron emission and shape of extracting voltage. Summarizes the mechanism and the models of two different modes of plasma-assisted electron emission from ferroelectric cathodes. The application prospects of ferroelectric cathodes are described.
