^(89)锶内照射治疗不同原发癌转移性骨痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究89锶(89Srcl2)内照射治疗转移性骨痛的疗效及其与不同原发癌的关系。方法对99mTc-MDP全身骨显像证实不同原发肿瘤多发性骨转移骨痛患者93例。使用89Srcl2治疗后,观察治疗前后疼痛缓解程度及骨转移灶改善情况,评价其对不同原发肿瘤骨转移灶及转移性骨痛的治疗价值。结果93例中70例疼痛出现不同程度的缓解,总缓解率为75.3%。其中完全缓解(疼痛基本消失)10例,占10,8%;部分缓解(疼痛明显减轻,能正常活动)41例,占44.1%;轻度缓解(疼痛有所减轻,但仍不能正常活动)19例,占20.4%。无效(疼痛加重)23例,占24.7%。结论89Srcl2是一种安全、有效的转移性骨痛的治疗制剂,其对骨转移病灶也有治疗效应。止痛效果以前列腺癌和乳腺癌骨转移所致骨痛的疗效较显著。Objective To investigate the effect of ^89Sr Chloride injection om the bone pains from different tumor metastese lesons and the relationship between the effect and the primitive tumors. Methods Ninty-three patients with bone metastesis, which were confirmed by scintigraphy with MDP, were treated with ^89Sr Chloride injection. The effects were valued according to the degree of symptom alleviation and lesions diminution. Results Seventy patients which takes up 75.3 percent of the total show were to different extent, including 10 complete alleviation patients and 41 part alleviation and 19 slight alleviation, which take up 10.8 percent, 44.1percent and 20.4 percent of the total respectively. The other 23 patients which 24.7 percent of the tatal were in effective, whose pains aggravated. Conclusions ^89Sr Chloride injection is not only a safe and useful anodyne for the pains but effective on lesions diminution. The pains of bone metastesis from the cancers of prostate or breast is more susceptive to Strontium（^89Sr） Chloride injection.
