摘　　要：目的研究P16在宫颈癌组织中的表达情况。方法用免疫组化S-P法检测15例正常宫颈组织,20例慢性宫颈炎和42例宫颈癌组织中P16的表达。结果P16宫颈癌中的阳性率为45.2%,其表达与宫颈癌的临床分期显著相关(P<0.05)。结论P16的异常表达与宫颈癌的发生和发展有关,可作为判断预后的辅助指标。Objective To study the expression of protein P^16 in the tissues of cervical cancer. Methods An immunohistochemistry S-P method was used to detect the expression of protein P^16 in 15 normal cervical tissues and 20 chronic cervicitis tissues and 42 cervical cancer tissues. Results P^16 expressed significantly lower than those in the normal cervical tissues and the chronic cervicitis tissues （all the P〈0.01）; P^16 protein expression in stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ cervical cancer were found significantly lower than those in stage Ⅰ- Ⅱ （P〈0.01）. Conclusions The abnormal expression of protein P^16 may be involved in the genesis and development of cervical cancer, and it might be an accessory diagnostic marker in prediction of the prognosis.
