摘　　要：从我国科技成果转化的现状入手,分析了科技成果转化的主要阶段以及关联方和关键因素,提出我国高校科技成果转化的基本模式,并有针对性地提出了政策和措施上的建议。From the situation of Chinese technological achievement transformation, this paper analyzed the main stage and key factor in technological achievement transformation, provided the basic model of Chinese academy technological achievement transformation,and gave the pertinent strategies and suggestions.
