摘　　要：大学人力资源具有精神文化属性,它们之间能够形成互动的关系,即大学校园精神文化可以为人力资源管理提供理论依据,而大学人力资源管理可为校园精神文化建设提供组织保证。Academic human resources possess the attribute of spiritual culture. Interaction can be formed between them. ie. University campus spiritual culture provides the theoretical basis for human resources management, whereas the latter is able to offer a guarantee to the spiritual and cultural progress in return.
