摘　　要：根据挥发性冲压油应具有易挥发、无毒及较好的润滑、抗磨、防锈性能等使用要求,筛选了具有馏程窄、挥发性好、低硫、低芳、无毒、无味等特点的SHD40溶剂油作为基础油,通过试验选择了合适的油性剂、极压抗磨剂、防锈剂等润滑油添加剂,并通过优化试验确定了最佳配方。研制油与进口油的主要性能数据相近,生产应用效果与进口油品相当。Because the volatile press oil is required to have better volatility, lubricity, anti - wear and anti - rust properties, the SHD40 solvent oil, which possesses the characteristics of narrow distillation range, better volatility, low sulfur and aromatic content, is selected as the base oil. After adding various additives such as oiliness agent,extreme pressure and anti-wear additive, anti- rust agent, the optimum formulation is determined. The developed oil is similar to the imported products in performance and application.
