摘  要:日本人设计的立式往复式真空泵采用较小的相对余隙容积(a=0.015~0.025),不采用平衡道;我国温州工业泵厂研制生产的WL型泵采用了平衡通道,但取了较大的相对余隙容积(a=0.07)。本文从理论上分析了上述二种方法对往复式真空泵真空度的影响,并提出了既开平衡通道、又尽可能减小余隙容积来提高真空度的设计方法,经对所设计的LVP型泵的测试,真空度为1306Pa。The Japanese vertical reciprocating vacuum pumps usually have the smaller relative clearance volume (a=0.015~0.025),but they do not use balance passage.The balance passages are adopted by Chinese Wen Zhou industrial pump plant in WL type vacuum pump, but it has a larger relative clearance volume(a=0.07). In this paper an effective method for heightening vacuum by both adopting balance passage and reducing clearance volum as far as possible is developed and has been applied in design of LVP type vacuum pump.The vacuum of the LVP type vacuum pump is 1306Pa. It has a quality of international advanced level.
