摘　　要：从文献信息资源采集的原则、数据库的建设、学科馆员的设立和培养3方面论述了重点学科文献信息资源建设的思路和措施。From the principles of collecting the literature information resources, the construction of the databank and the establishment of the subject librarian, this paper discusses on the ideas of and measures for the construction of the literature information resources for the key subjects.
