割烙术联合服用中药治疗翼状胬肉临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中医割烙术联合口服自拟中药方剂治疗翼状胬肉的疗效,探讨其降低翼状胬肉术后复发的机理。方法:将120例(120眼)符合本课题标准的翼状胬肉患者随机分为治疗组(60例)和对照组(60例),治疗组运用中医割烙术联合口服自拟中药方剂,对照组运用中医割烙术治疗,比较2组术后12d的充血状况及术后3个月的复发率。结果:2组患者术后第12天充血差异进行比较,P<0.05,有显著性差异;术后3个月治疗组复发率8.33%,对照组复发率16.66%,P<0.05,2组有统计学差异。结论:中医割烙术联合口服自拟中药方剂,减少了慢性炎症刺激,降低了术后复发率。Objective： To study the clinical effect of Pterygium treated by Ge-Luo therapy combined the administrational Chinese medcine,and to explore the mechanism of therapy reducing the recurrence of pterygyium.Methods： 120 Patients according with the demand were randomly divided into two groups （the testing group with 60 cases and the contrast group with 60 cases）.The testing group was treatad by the Ge-Luo therapy combined the administrational Chinese medicine and the contrast group was treated by the simple Ge-luo therapy.We compared the byperaemia of the 12thday afcer operation and the recurrence of the 3thmonth after operation.Result： The byperaemia of the two groups were different after the 12thdays （P 〈0.05）.After the 3th month the recurrent rate of the testing group was 8.33%, and that of the contrast gronp was 16.66% （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion： The Ge-Luo trerapy combined the administratinal Chinese medicine can increase the stimulus of chronic inflammation and redues the operating rate ofpterygium.
