人参和淫羊藿复方中药治疗血管性痴呆的作用途径

摘　　要：目的:探讨人参和淫羊藿复方中药对血管性痴呆发挥治疗作用的途径。方法:年老体衰、肾虚精亏、髓海失充是血管性痴呆发生的病理基础;气虚血瘀,脑络失畅是血管性痴呆的主要病理改变。根据血管性痴呆治疗的重要法则补肾填精和益气活血,分析人参和淫羊藿复方中药治疗血管性痴呆的立法依据。结果:人参和淫羊藿复方中药治疗血管性痴呆总有效率75%,对患者的认知障碍有明显改善作用,并可改善血管性痴呆患者的临床症状、日常生活能力以及神经功能缺损程度。对血管性痴呆患者血脂、血液黏滞度及脑葡萄糖代谢亦有一定改善作用(P<0.01)。结论:人参和淫羊藿复方中药通过补肾填精和益气活血发挥对血管性痴呆的治疗作用。AIM： To explore the treatment of vascular dementia （VD） by using ginseng and epimedium compound Chinese medicine. METHODS： The oldness and body aging, deficiency of kidney and damage of essence and insufficiency of spinal marrow are the pathogenic mechanism of VD. Insufficiency of qi and blood stasis as well as obstruction of veins and arteries in brain are the pathogenic alteration of＇VD. To supply the kidney essence, invigorate qi and promote, blood circulation to remove blood stasis according to the principal of treatment of VD, and analyze the basis of treatment of VD by ginseng and epimediuin compound Chinese medicine. RESULTS： The total effective rate of ginseng and epimedium compound Chinese medicine in the treatment of VD was 75% and it could significantly ameliorate the cognitive handicap, improve the clinical symptoms, enhance the activity of daily living as well as reduce neurological impairments in patients with VD. It could also improve the lipoprotein, blood viscosity and carbohydrate metabolism of brain to some extent （P 〈 0.01）. CONCLUSION： Integrated method of ginseng and epimedium compound Chinese medicine has curative effect on VD by supplying the kidney essence, invigorating qi and promoting blood circulation.
