摘　　要：良好的企业组织形式是提高经营活动效率、培育竞争优势的保证。在不断变动的经济、技术与文化环境中,处于竞争劣势的中小企业只有使其经济活动更有效率,才能在激烈的竞争中求得生存和发展。因此,通过对其内、外组织形式进行持续的适应性调整与前瞻性创新将是中小企业组织变迁的必然选择。A favorable form of enterprise organization is the guarantee to improve the efficiency of operational activities and develop competitive advantages. Under the circumstances of constantly changing economy, technology and culture, middle and small-sized enterprises, only by making their economic activities more efficient, can have a chance to live and develop in the circumstance of vehement competition. So they must perform sustainable and adaptable adjustment and front-line innovation in terms of both interior and exterior forms of the enterprise, which is the inevitable choice for the organization development of middle and Small-sized Enterprises.
