胃癌及癌旁组织中P16与CDK4的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的:研究对胃癌及癌旁黏膜中P16、CDK4的表达及意义。方法:采用流式细胞术测定32例胃癌,24例癌旁组织中P16、CDK4的表达。结果:胃癌中P16、CDK4阳性表达分别为59.4%、53.1%;癌旁黏膜中P16、CDK4的表达分别为87.5%、20.8%。CDK4胃癌中阳性表达明显高于癌旁黏膜(P<0.05),P16胃癌中阳性表达明显低于癌旁黏膜(P<0.05)。结论:P16、CDK4表达特征与胃癌的发生、发展、生物学行为及其预后有密切联系。Objective：To study the expression of P16,CDK4 in gastric carcinoma and pericarcinomic mucosa and their significance. Methods：Folw cytometry（FCM）was used to detect the expression of P16,CDK4 in 32 cases gastric carcinoma and 24 cases of pericarcinomic mucosa. Results：The positive rate of expression of P16 and CDK4 in gastric carcinomata was 59.4 % and 53.1%, respectively, that of P16, CDK4 in pericarcinomic mucosa was 87.5 % and 20.8 %, respectively. The positive expression of CDK4 in gastric carcinoma was significantly higher than that of pericarcinomic mucosa （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The expressions of P16, CDK4 is related to the carcinogenesis, development, biological behaviors and prognosis of gastric carcinoma.
