小诺霉素治疗细菌性角膜溃疡疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：观察国产小诺霉素（ＭＮ）治疗细菌性角膜溃疡的效果。方法：用小诺霉素（５０００ｕ／ｍｌ）治疗细菌性角膜溃疡３２眼，对照组用庆大霉素（１万ｕ／ｍｌ）治疗２３眼，分别用相应滴眼剂点眼，每日６次，严重者以相应药物结膜下注射。结果：小诺霉素组３２眼中３１眼治愈，占９７％，治愈时间平均５．９ｄ；庆大霉素组２３眼中１８眼治愈，占７８．３％，平均１６ｄ治愈。庆大霉素组结膜下注射有明显局部疼痛，结膜充血，水肿，角膜溃疡延迟愈合等毒副反应，少数患者仅结膜下注射１～２次即出现听力障碍，立即停药可恢复，小诺霉素组未见明显不良反应。结论：小诺霉素治疗细菌性角膜溃疡较庆大霉素效果好，毒副作用小，可考虑为治疗细菌性眼病的首选药。OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of micronomicin(MN) produced in China in the treatment of patients with bacterial corneal ulcer.METHOD:32 eyes with bacterial corneal ulcer(BCU) were treated with micronomicin(MN 5 000 u/ml);23 eyes with BCU were treated with gentamycin(GM,10 000 u/ml) as a control group.They were treated with eyedrops 6 times a day and the subconjunctival injection was given to serious eyes.RESULTS:31 of 32 eyes (97%) were cured by MN.The average time of the cured was 5.9 days.18 of 23 eyes (78.3%) were cured with GM.The average time of the cured was 16 days.GM caused pain of eye,edema of the lid,conjunctival hyperemia and congestion.Delayed cure of BCU and cornea edema were noted.Few patients with tinnitus who were given GM injections for 1～2 times recovered immediately after cease of GM administration.These symptoms were not found in the MN treated group.CONCLUSION:GM causes greater toxicity and side effect to eyes,but MN solution is stable and its toxicity is low in treating BCU.
