摘　　要：通过中间件数据访问平台,解决了不同通讯协议、不同软件系统、不同数据格式的互联问题,实现了资源共享,运用GPS技术、CDMA网络定位技术获得位置信息,采用GPRS或CDMA 1X通信信道,进行数据的实时传送,用户通过Web、WAP及SMS3种方式及时地获得信息,实现了数据的快速采集、传输,供监督管理部门决策使用。By the platform of middleware, we solve the communication problems of different protocol, different software systems and different data formats, and achieve the resource pool. To use the GPS technology, and CDMA network position technology to get information, to transmit the data real time through GPRS or CDMA 1X channel, we make the consumers acquire information in time through Web, WAP and SMS, thus we realize the data speedy collection and transmission, provide them for supervised departments to make decision.
