改良额肌瓣悬吊术治疗重度上睑下垂的观察

摘　　要：目的评价改良额肌瓣悬吊术治疗重度上睑下垂的疗效。方法采用改良的额肌瓣，最大限度地增强提上睑的能力，治疗重度上睑下垂28例（32眼），随访3月～5年。结果除2例（2眼）轻度闭合不全外，其余26例30眼均取得了良好疗效。未发现其他并发症。结论本方法主要特点是额肌瓣有丰富的血供及神经支配，并且有足够的肌力上提起上睑，具有符合生理和解剖的优点。对重度上睑下垂采用本手术方法并发症少，疗效较好。Objective To observe the healing effection of treating serious ptosis by means of improving frontal muscle flap. Methods To improve the front muscle flap in order to better upper-eyelid-raising as much as possible and meanwhile decrease the possibility of comlications. Results 28 cases with 32 eyes were cured in this way. The follow-up was from 3 months to 5 years. All the cases kept the satisfying healing effecacy other than 2 cases with slightly incomplete closing and no other complication had been caused. The present method characterizes that the front muscle holds not only rich blood-support and innervation but also e- nough strength to raise the upper eyelid and thus it meeted the demands of anatomical physiology. Conclusions This surgery method can cure the patients suffering from serious ptosis with the strengths of simple-operation,less-complications and reliable-efficacy.
