摘　　要：文章首先简要介绍现代口述历史的含义及其发展历程,阐述了口述历史对于地方文献工作的意义,并结合自己的工作实践探索开展口述历史工作的方法和需要注意的问题。This paper firstly introduces the meanings and development course of oral history, then expounds the significance of oral history in local document work, and explores the methods and the problems of doing the work.
