摘　　要：目的:掌握某高校医学院副处级及副高以上人员的身体健康状况,为预防保健工作提供依据。方法:将2004年11月底对我院153名副处级和副高以上知识分子为对象进行一次全面而系统的体格检查。结果:153名体检人员中有136名均患有64种不同疾病。总检出患病率为88.31%。其中,脂肪肝54例,检出率最高,为35.29%。前列腺肥大46人,检出率为30.07%,血尿酸增高的为27人,检出率为17.65%。居第4位的是高血压病,19人,检出率为12.42%。第5位高血脂症,检出率为11.76%。结论:上述检查结果表明高校应重视加强高级知识分子的预防保健工作,提高健康水平,从而确保科研和教学任务的完成。Objective： To investigete the healthy status of persons with high qualification in a medical college. Methods： Up to the end of November, 2004, 153 cadres with high qualification were systematically checked- up. Results： 136 of 153 cases suffered from 64 kinds of diseases （88.31%）, including fatty liver in 54 cases （35.29%）, BPH in 46 cases （30.07%）, high blood uricacid in 27 cases （17.65%）, hypertension in 19 cases （12.42%） and hyperlipoidernia （11.76%）. Conclusion： The data demonstrate that the prevention and health care on the high intellectual should be strengthened so as to ensure the accomplishment of research and teach tasks.
