鼻神经内分泌癌6例临床分析及文献复习

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻神经内分泌癌的临床特点及治疗问题。方法回顾性分析1990～2005年问本院收治的6例鼻神经内分泌癌临床资料,并复习近25年相关文献,重点探讨本病的临床特点和治疗相关问题。结果平均发病年龄43．2岁,平均病程3．5月；病理证实为小细胞型4例,中分化型2例；2例于就诊后3月内死亡,1例失访,3例仍在随访治疗中。结论本病恶性程度高,进展快,预后差,应尽早采用综合治疗以改善其预后。Objective To investigate the associated clinical features of nasal neuroendocrine carcinoma and is therapeutic strategy. Methods A retrospective study was carried out among 6 cases with this tumor treated in our hospital from Jan. 1990 to Aug, 2005, through a careful analysis on their all clinical data. Then, a review was made through out all the literatures published in recent 25 years. Emphasis was laid on the exploration of associated clinical features of this tumor and its thera- peutic strategy. Results Among this group of cases, the averaged age of them was 43.2 （15 to 64） years old, with an averaged ill course lasted for 3.5 months. Their diagnosis was made based on pathohistology, 4 cases being small cellular type and 2 being moderately differentiated type. By the end of following up period, 2 cases were confirmed died within 3 months following the beginning of therapy, one was lost, and the other 3 cases were still under following up and treatment. Conclusions This lesion is one kind of malignant tumor extremely higher malignant behavior, with very quickly progressing clinical course and very poor prognosis. Therefore, a combined therapy should be given as soon as possible to improve its prognosis at a most possible level.
