摘　　要：目的探讨吸烟对男性精子动态参数的影响。方法20例不吸烟健康男性与20例吸烟男性的精子的动态参数进行定量测定,并进行对比研究。结果9项精子动态参数中平均移动角度MAD、鞭打频率(Hz)、直线性LIN、摆动性WOB有统计学显著差异;而曲线速度VCL、直线速度VSL、平均路径速度VAP、前向性STR等无统计学差异。结论吸烟对男性精子的动态参数有影响,可能是导致男性不育的潜在因素之一。Objective： To study the effect of smoking on semen mobility parameters in male infertile semen examination. Methods： 20 cases （no smoking） and 20 cases （smoking） semen samples were quantitative analyzed on mobility parameters. Results： MAD, Hz, LIN and WOB showed significant difference, VCL, VSL, VAP and STR were no difference. Conclusion： The quantitative analyses of semen mobility parameters have important clinical significance in the diagnosis of infertile disease; the smoking is a factor of male infertile.
