摘 要:通过对275份花生品种资源进行黄曲霉菌侵染抗性鉴定,筛选出梅县红衣、湛秋48、新会小粒、UF71513-1、VRR245、PI337394F和AH7223等7个抗病品种,并以其作为抗原亲本进行抗病育种研究,选育出抗黄曲霉菌侵染兼抗锈病和叶斑病的花生高产品种粤油9号、粤油20,这两个品种于2004年分别通过了国家农作物品种审定和广东省农作物品种审定,同时指出花生品种资源及抗性鉴定为抗黄曲霉育种奠定了基础。Seven resistant varieties (Meixianhongyi, Zhanqiu48, Xinhuixiaoli, UF71513- 1, VRR245, PI337394F and AH7223) were screened out from 275 peanut resources by anti - infection identification against A. flavus. These varieties became the parent materials of resistance breeding. Two high Aspergillus flavus - resistance with Rust - resistance and Bacterial wilt - resistance,high yield varieties Yeuyou 9 ,Yeuyou 20 were bred. Yeuyou 9 and Yeuyou 20 were registered and released by the National Crop Variety Committee and the Guangdong Provincial Crop Variety Committee in 2004, respeetivdy. It indicated that peanut resources screening and resistance identification laid a foundation for the studies of anti - infection breeding of peanut against Aspergillus flavus.
