西部民族地区现代人格培养的紧迫性及现实意义

摘　　要：本文对西部民族地区实现社会现代化的艰巨性,以及现代人格培养的紧迫性进行了阐述,认为西部民族地区,只有立足于自身传统并能够实现自身的现代转型,才能实现真正的现代化。This article expounds the arduousness of carrying out the social modernization and the urgency of cultivating the modern personality in ethnic area of Western China, and holds that only by basing on one＇s tradition and carrying out one＇s modern tranformatin can we carry out the genuine modernization in ethnc area of Western China.
