PⅢNP在乳腺癌患者术后监测中的意义

摘　　要：目的探讨血清PⅢNP在术后乳腺癌患者复发监测中的作用。方法选择成功随访（均为1～2年）、接受手术治疗的58例女性乳腺癌患者为研究对象，其中39例随访未复发，6例术后转移复发。按乳腺癌病理分期：Ⅰ期11例、Ⅱ期19例、Ⅲ期15例，Ⅳ期13例。采用放射免疫法检测乳腺癌患者术前、术后血清PⅢNP水平及CA15-3水平。58例乳腺癌患者术后均定期进行影像学检查。结果术后未复发病人术后血清PⅢNP水平较术前显著降低，而复发病人及Ⅳ期病人术前血清PⅢNP较术后无明显差别。结论PⅢNP是监测乳腺癌复发的较敏感的指标；术后PⅢNP水平较术前下降不明显或者持续升高、提示有复发的可能。Objective The utility of serum PⅢ NP in recurrence determination in postoperative breast cancer patients was evaluated in this study. CA15-3 was used as a reference indicator. Methods A total of 58 breast cancer patiens who were operated and followed up successfully （ for Ⅰ to 2 years） were investigated. 39 of them had no postoperative recurrence and 6 had recurrent breast cancer. Ⅰ to Ⅳ stage patients were 11,19,15 and 13 cases separately. The sera from 58 patients with breast cancer were measured for PⅢ NP and CA15-3 using radioimmunoassay （RIA）. The recurrent and metastatic patients of breast cancer were detected periodically by imagingmethods. Results The serum PⅢNP in patients without tumor relapsed were significantly lower after operation than that of themselves before operation, there was no significant difference between the preoperated and postoperated serum PⅢ NP values in the group with reCurrent breast cancer and in the IV stage group. Conclusion PⅢNP was the sensitive index for the recurrent breast cancer. The continuous increasing of PⅢ NP level in postoperated patients showed the possibility of recurrence.
