摘  要:以石油焦和碳化硅为主要原料,按照焊料碳密度的理论计算公式设计焊料碳含量,运用反应成型连接法焊接反应烧结碳化硅陶瓷。探讨了焊料的固相体积含量、碳密度对焊缝显微结构与性能的影响。通过对焊缝金相显微结构的分析,结合计算机图形处理软件计算出焊缝的烧结密度。研究表明:碳密度为0.85~0.88g/cm3,固相体积含量达到53%以上,流动性好的焊料焊接时焊缝干燥收缩率低,烧结后焊接性能好。焊缝最高强度可达(465±10)MPa以上,超过基体强度,断裂发生在基体处,对应焊缝的计算烧结密度为(3.11±0.01)g/cm3。A welding paste was designed according to a theoretical formula for carbonous density, and an inexpensive method of joining reaction-bonded silicon carbide ceramics was provided. A reaction forming approach with petroleum coke and silicon carbide was applied to join ceramics. The effects of carbonous density and solid volume loading on the microstructures, and the performance of the new method were investigated. The welding seams were analyzed with optical micrographs combined with computer graphics software to calculate the sintering density of the welding seams. The results show that the solder with carbonous density varying from 0.85 g/cm^3 to 0.88 g/cm^3, and solid volume loading being over 53% with good rheological properties, welding seams demonstrate a low shrinkage ratio, high joining strength and sintering density after sintering. Fractures appeare on the basic materials. The strength of the welding joints is over (465±10) MPa and the sintering density is (3.11±0.01) g/cm^3.
