摘  要:目的:观察氦氖激光血管内照射对脑梗死患者血液流变学的影响并分析其治疗机理。方法:将经脑CT或MRI确诊的且有血液流变学异常的脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各14例,两组患者均常规采用活血化淤、扩张血管、营养神经的药物治疗,治疗组增加氦氖激光血管内照射,疗程结束后比较两组血液流变学指标。结果:除全血还原粘度外,其它血液流变学指标差异均有显著性意义及非常显著性意义(P<0.05、P<0.01)。结论:氦氖激光血管内照射能有效改变血液流变学异常,是预防、治疗脑梗死的有效方法。Objective:To observe the efficacy of low energy laser intravaseular irradiation on cerebral infarction and hemorrheology.To analyze the treatment mechanism of 1ow energy laser intravaseular irradiation.Method:Twenty- eight cases with cerebral infarction were randornly divided into two groups: the control group .( 14 cases) only with common drugs and the therapeutic group ( 14 cases) treated besides cormmon drugs also by low energy laser intcavaseuiar irradiation.Their hemorrheology index and treatment results were observed and compared.Result: Except that the whole blood reducesviscidity outside, other hemorrheology index have remark-able difference (p〈 0.05, p〈0.01).The therapeutic group was better-the control one.Conclusion:low energy laser intravascular irradiation was effective in improving the hemorrheology index in patients with cerebral infarction;the result provided an evidence for low energy laser intravascular irradiation being able to treat-the cerebral infarction.
