浅谈企业信息化与质量管理体系

摘　　要：质量管理体系的实施和企业信息化建设对于企业管理现代化都是十分重要的,但是这两者之间如何紧密结合起来一直是个难题。本文依据棉纺织企业的特点,融入八项质量管理原则和企业资源计划的管理理念,结合建立质量管理体系的经验和企业的信息化建设实践,浅析企业信息管理系统与ISO9000的关系。Introducing quality control system and IT technol-ogy into the management of enterprise is of great importance tothe realization of enterprise management modernization, but howto integrate quality control system closely with enterpriseinformationization has always been a hard nut to be cracked. Byanalyzing the characteristics of cotton textile enterprises andintroducing the eight quality control principles and the ERPconcept, the authors, based on owne xperiences in setting upquality control system and informationization construction, makean approacht o the relation between enterprise?s IT-basedmanagement system and the ISO9 000 QualityM anagementSystem.
