摘 要:组织竞争优势的来源已从有形的土地、设备和资本等转移至增值能力高、模仿难度大、动态性强的知识,知识管理逐渐成为组织获取竞争优势和持续发展的主要措施之一。为提高知识管理水平,从战略思维的层面研究组织的知识管理,从竞争优势和核心竞争力的角度分析战略性的知识管理,提出基于战略思维的知识管理4个阶段,围绕知识管理的战略阶段,构建并分析基于战略思维的知识管理模型,为组织管理知识并应用知识获取持续的竞争优势提供一种思维模式。Along with the arrival of knowledge economy, tangible assets, as a source of competitive advantage, have been replaced by knowledge with highly added value, difficult imitation, and dynamics. The knowledge management arises for making use of it and gradually becomes the major way to gain and sustain competitive advantage. In order to improve the knowledge management performance, this paper discusses the organization's knowledge management on the basis of strategic thinking, and the strategic knowledge management is analyzed from the point of the competitive advantage and core competitiveness. This paper reviews the literature of knowledge management; and then introduces the concept and connotation of knowledge management based on the strategic thinking. More over, strategic knowledge management phases are studied. In addition, strategic framework of knowledge management is set up according to the phases, which is a new method of managing knowledge and harnessing existing knowledge to gain sustainable competitive advantage.
