摘  要:将相对关联距离熵应用于航空发动机转子—机匣系统状态识别和故障诊断。在相空间重构的基础上,基于实测的航空发动机机匣振动时间序列求解了转子—机匣系统不同工作状态和故障状态的相对关联距离熵,并基于相对关联距离熵,对航空发动机转子—机匣系统进行了状态识别和故障诊断。The relative correlation distance entropy is applied to fault diagnosis and state recognition of aero engine rotor-case system. Its relative correlation distance entropy of different fault or state is calculated based on its real vibration test data in time series, after reconstruction of phase space and the optimization of the reconstruction parameters such as the embedding dimension and the interval of delay time. The fauh diagnosis method in which the relative correlation distance entropy is regarded as the characteristic parameter is proposed and using it the real fault of aero engine rotor-case system is diagnosed. The real engineering application of this method in aero engine rotor-case system fault diagnosis shows that it is a reliable and applicable method for fault diagnosis and state monitor and control of aero engine rotor-case system.
