高校档案工作队伍建设的现状与思考

摘　　要：文章在对目前高校档案工作特点及人员结构现状分析的基础上,提出了强化人才队伍建设、促进档案工作与高校其它中心工作协调发展的基本思路,并结合现代高校档案工作的发展目标及对人才的具体要求,从学校、部门和个人等不同层面对档案队伍结构的优化问题进行了论述。Based on the analysis on the working features of current college archives and the staff composition, the paper presents some suggestions for enhancing the talent team and improving the coordinated development of the archiving work and the central task of the universities. Moreover, the optimization of the staff composition is also discussed from such levels as the university, archives and individuals, in view of the developing target of the archiving work and the required qualification for the archives talent.
