摘　　要：microRNA（miRNA，即微小RNA）是一类长约21～25个核苷酸的小分子非编码RNA，它可以通过与特定mRNA结合或调节特定mRNA的蛋白质翻译过程来调控基因的表达。本文从miRNA的概念与特征、miRNA的产生和作用机制及其功能等方面做一综述。micro RNA （miRNA） is the fragment of non-coding small RNAs and consists of 21-25 ribonucleotide. It can regulated gene expression by either binding to or regulating the translation process of some specific mRNA. This paper summarized the characteristics of miRNA, as well as its production, mechanism of action and functions.
