摘　　要：深入认识眼表与泪膜的关系有助于眼干燥症的病理生理研究。泪膜的稳定需要精细的神经、激素调控。泪膜成分的改变、神经源性炎症及性激素降低是眼干燥症病因学的重要因素。Expanded understanding of the ocular surface and tear film interaction contributes to the pathophysiology of dry eye. Maintenance of tear film requires an intricate nervous and hormonal regulation. The changes in tear film, neurogenic inflammation and sex hormone are key factors in dry eye pathogenesis.
