摘 要:换气过程进行的好坏,直接影响着汽油机的动力性、经济性和排放性能。进气和配气系统对汽油机充气效率有着决定性的影响,是汽油机换气过程的主要影响因素之一。本文以某一电喷汽油发动机为研究对象,利用现代先进技术———可变进气歧管长度、可变气门升程和可变气门定时,提出优化方案,对其进行结构设计,利用BOOST模拟计算软件,建立可变的进气和配气系统模型,分析影响进气充量的各种因素,并通过实验进行验证。Air flow in loop scavenged process will have directly effect on power performance, fuel economy and emission of gasoline engine. The charge efficiency is one of the factors in this process, which is mainly affected by inlet charge system and valve timing system. In this paper, an electronic injection gasoline engine was chosen to study, to which the modern advanced technologies such as variable intake manifold technology, variable valve lift and variable valve timing are adopted. For that, an optimization plan is raised, a structure is designed. The simulation with Boost was used to establish a model of variable inlet charge system and valve timing system and other factors which affect inlet charge are analyzed. The optimization is also confirmed by experiment.
