实验性小鼠肺类癌的病理学研究

摘  要:采用常规切片、电镜和免疫组织化学方法,对由沥青烟气诱发的小鼠肺类癌的病理组织学、免疫组织化学和超微结构特征进行了研究。结果显示:小鼠肺类癌可分为5种组织学类型,即巢状型、乳头状型、腺样型、不典型型和混合型;免疫组化标记中,神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、嗜铬颗粒蛋白A(CHG-A)和突触囊泡蛋白(SY)阳性率较高,而角蛋白(HK2)、上皮细胞膜抗原(EMA)和癌胚抗原(CEA)阳性率较低;电镜观察可见类癌细胞中有典型的神经内分泌颗粒。提示:实验性小鼠肺类癌的病变特点与人类肺类癌相似。The histopathology, immunohistochemistry and ultrastructure of pulmonary carcinoid of the mouse induced by pitch smoke were studied with routine section, electron microscope and immunohistochemistry in this study. The results showed that pulmonary carcinoid of the mice could be classified into five histologic types, i,e., nest-like,papillary, glandular, atypical and a mixed types. In the immunohistochemical marks, it was found that neuron specific enolase(NSE), chromgranin A(CHG-A),and synaptophysin(SY) had high positive rates,while keratin(HK2), epithelial membrane antigen(EMA) and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) had low positive rates in carcinoids. Typical neuroendocrine granules were found in the carcinoid cells under electron microscope. The study indicated that the pathologic features of experimental pulmonary carcinoid of the mouse would be equivalent to those in human beings.
