论中医病理学的特点及其与西医病理学的差别

摘　　要：从中医理论的形成与发展、中医病理学的研究手段、疾病的概念与识别、病因与发病机理等方面探讨中医病理学的特点,并与西医病理学进行比较,以求寻找中西医结合的途径。结果认为,与建立在实验医学基础上的西医病理学不同,源于《内经》的中医基础理论是经过理念整合的稳定的完整体系,缺乏对外沟通渠道;基础理论指导下的中医临床理论则是中医最活跃的部分,存在对外沟通渠道与发展空间,因此中西医结合的点应在临床而不在基础。Characteristic of TCM pathology was discussed in theory,the means of TCM pathological research,the concept and mechanisms of the d that the basic theory connection with the TCM,and it can be theory is the key poi isease,then it was compared with pathology of TCM derived from the Internal Canon is a the aspects of the development of TCM differentiation of the disease ,causes and of western medicine. It can be concluded stable ,integrated system which lacks the outside world. TCM clinical theory guided by basic theory is the most active part of connected with the outside world and has the space of development. Thus clinical nt of combination of TCM and WM.
