中西医结合治疗视网膜静脉阻塞35例

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的疗效,降低致盲率。方法:以眼底镜、眼底荧光造影结合中医辨证对视网膜静脉阻塞进行分期诊断并以中西医结合的方法进行治疗。结果:显效12例,有效19例,无效4例,其中并存黄斑变性2例,新生血管性青光眼2例,总有效率88.6%。结论:中西医结合治疗视网膜静脉阻塞疗效肯定。Objective ：To observe the therapeutic effect of integrated TCM and WM in treating retinal vein obstruction. And to decrease the rate of blindness. Method .Patients with retinal vein obstruction were diagnosed by the stage with funduscope, optical fundus fluorescence contrast examination and TCM differentiation, and they were treated with integrated TCM and WM. Results： 12 cases significantly effective, 19 cases effective, 4 cases ineffective, among the patients, 2 cases has macular degeneration, 2 cases has neoformative vascular glaucoma. The total effective rate was 88. 6%. Conclusion, Integrated TCM and WM has definite effect in treating retinal vein obstruction.
